Hope all is well with you and your family!
We are planning and preparing for an enjoyable and much needed summer camp for our campers! Our top priority is to have a safe and clean environment for our staff and campers.
We want update you on the precautionary measures we are putting in place for everyone’s safety:
Daily temperature checks on staff and campers. If your child is feeling ill they must stay home. If someone becomes sick while at camp they will be quarantined until a parent arrives for pick up
Staff will wear masks daily. Gloves will be worn when handling food or for any other appropriate situation
Antibacterial soap stations will be used for hand washing several times a day
Hand sanitizer will be used at different designated check points and when necessary
Daily disinfecting of frequently used surfaces will be done several times a day (doorknobs, faucets, tables, chairs, handrails etc…)
Decreased maximum number of campers to 50 weekly.
We are still tentatively set to have our parent orientation on June 10th @6:30pm via webinar (a link will be sent to parents). However, due to the phase-in guidelines set by the governor and mayor, this date may change so stay tuned for updates.
We are looking forward to seeing our campers! As far as we are able, we are planning to bring back summer camp for 2021 in a phased-in approach to ensure safety and in compliance with the governor's phase-in dates. We will, of course, continue to provide teaching and quality programming daily for our campers.
We intend on having field trips this summer, however, due to Covid 19 places are either closed or out of business. All field trip fees will be refunded if field trip is canceled by RMYD. We’ll send field trip status in May. We will continue to closely monitor Covid 19 and make any necessary changes to ensure we following CDC guidelines and the governor's directions. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us either by phone or email. Once again thanks for choosing Ra Messu-t.
